Please note, to join our membership plan we advise that you have recently been seen at the practice for a checkup. This allows us to advise the best possible plan for you and cater to all your Dental needs. If you have not recently attended the practice, then you can use your Dentally portal login to book in for a New Membership Exam. Also, if you are a new patient wanting to join our plan, then please contact the practice directly and book in for a New Membership exam so we can help discuss the best plan for you!

Alternatively… you can contact the practice on 0151 228 3643 or you can email, [email protected]. One of our team will then contact you directly to help set you up and get you started. However if you happen to be at the practice and want to sign up, one of our reception staff will be happy to help, they can set you up themselves, or send a link directly to you after taking some details, so that you can sign up from home.
