There are certainly food and drink that cause more staining to the teeth than others, so if you’re whitening your teeth for a specific occasion you may wish to avoid them as much as possible in the run up to it, if you’ve had your teeth whitened. These include highly pigmented food and drink like tea, coffee, red wine, curries and food colouring. If you do find that you’re unable to avoid them, it’s best to make sure that you’re drinking water during and after you consume these foods.

Once you’ve had your bespoke trays manufactured and custom fitted, it is possible to top up your teeth to help you maintain a bright, white smile.
