Our patient was so thrilled with their results that we wanted to share this composite smile makeover example in case any of you have similar issues with your teeth.

This patient of Dr Chiggs was feeling self-conscious about the appearance of white spots on his teeth and was referred to The Dental House for a consultation. During this detailed appointment, a thorough oral health examination was carried out and dental photographs were taken. Dr Chiggs and his patient were able to discuss the goals of the upcoming smile makeover.

White spots can be caused by a number of factors including:
1. Fluoride ingestion when younger
2. Genetics
3. Insufficient cleaning around orthodontic brackets (braces)
4. Excessive consumption of acidic foods/ drinks

Using his knowledge and expertise, Dr Chiggs decided to begin the treatment plan with a two week course of Enlighten teeth whitening treatment- considered by many to be the best on the market. Following this, he sued ICON infiltration and selective composite bonding in order to create the most natural looking result possible.

As you can imagine, our patient is delighted with his results. Importantly, all of this was achieved using minimally invasive dental techniques to avoid damage to healthy teeth.

Chips, gaps and stains are some of the top problems that can be resolved using composite bonding and our dentists are great at solving such issues.
